Marble Sort Privacy Policy

Effective September 27, 2026

This policy explains what information the Marble Sort mobile game ("the game", "we") handles, why, and the choices you have. Marble Sort has no accounts and never asks for your name, email address, contacts, photos or location.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress (level, coins, boosters, themes, settings and which one-time items you own) is saved only on your phone. If you have Android backup turned on, Google may include this data in your device backup. We do not have a server and cannot see this data.

Advertising

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect:

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before any personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy choices inside the game. Everywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive your payment details. The game only receives a confirmation of which item you bought so it can deliver it.

Ratings

The game may ask you to rate it using Google Play's in-app review screen. Your rating and review go to Google Play, not to us.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. The only third parties that receive data are Google (AdMob and Google Play), as described above.

Children

Marble Sort is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ads are limited to content rated suitable for general audiences with parental guidance (PG).

Security and retention

Data on your device stays there until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game. Data collected by Google is kept according to Google's own policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to its processing. Because we do not hold any personal data ourselves, most requests are best handled through your consent choice in the game, your device's ad settings, or Google directly. You can still contact us about any privacy question.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
